ESMZone is THE online community game that encourages leadership and mentoring among student athletes. We engage 13-20 year old athletes across the nation in a competition to win prizes in a sports-centric social media environment that fosters and rewards positive participation.

Parents can rest assured that ESMZone provides a safe online community. Kids learn differently from other kids and peer to peer mentoring has become a big focus among educators. Because kids are helping other kids, ESMZone fulfills most school requirements of participation in a community service.
We are focused on developing leadership and mentoring skills. ESMZone helps foster positive interactions and rewards positive behavior. Because it is a social game, kids are rewarded for involvement (or play) and encouraged to have productive conversations about issues important to them.
We encourage positive participation though our points system. We reward more interesting and positive questions and answers. Negative comments receive minimal points and rank low so therefore get little visibility in the competition.
We also strongly discourage Cyber Bullying and have built safeguards against it. Negative or inappropriate responses or questions can be flagged by the community; once flagged, those answers or questions are pulled down off the site until ESMZone can review and make a determination.
