Q: What are Personal Stats?

A: This shows you all of your important information.

Q: What are Alerts?

A: Alerts notify members about activity on their questions, Fan requests and private conversations.

Q: What are Medals?

A: Medals are given out when members reach certain point levels

Q: What are Stats?

A: Stats tell members where they stand in their division, their current score and their total activity.

Q: What is My Fans and Mentors section?

A: This section shows all members fans and mentors. Member can click on fans icon and go to fans profile page.

Q: What is the question area?

A: The question area, in the middle of the page, allows members to click on the question and see all activity on the specific question. This area is broken up into 5 different areas; Everyone: shows you questions asked by the entire community. Mine: shows you all of your questions. My Fans: shows you questions that your fans have asked My Mentors: coming soon. Private: these are private questions with your fans.

Q: What is Community Shout Outs/Community News?

A: This area lets the members say something to the community. What they say is displayed in the Community News Section for the entire Community to see. Member can click on see more community news to see a history of shout outs.

Q: What is the Division Standing Section?

A: Shows how a member stands in the competition in their division. Member can click on a name and be taken to that members profile page.

Q: What is the Search Bar do?

A: Members can look for specific questions by typing the questions in the box.

Q: If I click on the word Profile were does it take me?

A: This takes members to their profile and allows them to edit their information or change their avatar.

Q: What do the Menu Bar tabs do?

A: Search: takes members to page that allows Members search for questions Ask Question: takes members to page that allows them to ask a question and direct their question to the community or to one of their fans. People: takes members to a page that allows them to see the ESMZone members and search for specific members Standings: takes members to a page that allows them to see the standings for all Divisions

Q: What does the middle show me?

A: This is the question area, in the middle of the page, allow members to click on the question and see all activity on the specific question. Q: What does Explore Popular Topics mean?

A: Explore Popular Topics lets members search for questions sorted by topic. Each topic will have the number of questions associated with the topic next to it. By clicking the topic the questions associated with the topic shows up in the questions section of the page.

A: Allows members to search for specific questions by using information the member fills in.

Q: List of Members?

A: Members can see the entire list of Members and their information in the ESMZone. Members can click on the members Avatar and will be taken to that members Profile page.

Q: What is the Standing Page?

A: Members can see each division, by clicking on the division tab, and where the members in the site stand in the competition. Members can click on a name and will be shown a snap shot of the member they clicked on. When in the snapshot box member can click on the name and be taken to the member's profile.

Q: What grades make up the Division Standings?

A: 7th and 8th Grade is Division 3

9th and 10th Grade is Division 2

11th Grade through College is Division 1

Q: What is the Refine search do?

A: Allows members to search for specific members by using information the member fills in.

Q: What is this page?

A: By clicking on the Profile tab next to your name, from anywhere in the site, the member will be taken to their Edit Profile page. The member can edit their profile information or view their profile information.

Q: What are the different sections of the Edit Profile Page?

A: Your Information: Gives basic information regarding member

Interests: Gives more detailed information regarding member.

Edit Avatar: Allows member to build or upload an image to display next to their name. This can be changed at any time.

Fans and Mentors: A member can view all of their Fans and Mentors (mentors are coming soon). A member can delete fans from this screen. If a member clicks on a fans image they will be taken to that fans profile page.

Q: How much information do I need to put in my profile?

A: The more information you provide the better chances you will have to match with other Fans based on similar interests.

Q: What does this page show me?

A: Members can go to their fans profile page by clicking on the fans or members image. Member can see the person's medals, stats and any Fans and mentors of the person.

Q: What are the different sections of the Fan Profile Page?

A: Send Message tab: member can send a personal message to their fan.

A: Member can click on the question, response tab or answer tab and will be taken to the question detail page.

Q: What can I do with the different sections of the Question Detail Page?

A: Like this question? member can rate the question or answers by clicking on the thumbs up icon.

One click = one thumb and "This is alright".

Two Clicks = two thumbs and "I like it"

Three Clicks = three thumbs and "This is awesome"

Add Comment: member can add comment to the question.

Type Answer: member can answer the question.

Search: members can search for questions by putting their question in the find question answer box.

Explore by Topic: by clicking on the topics, members can search for related questions by the common topic of the original question they are viewing.

Related Questions: members can see the related questions. By clicking on the question member will be taken to question detail page for that specific question.

Personal Stats: This drop down will show the members stats. This section can be displayed by clicking the personal stat bar or reduced by clicking the X.

Q: What is the purpose of the Flags?

A: Members can click on the red flags, located throughout ESMZone, if they see something inappropriate. This will immediately remove the inappropriate material from the site and alert the ESMZone staff. The ESMZone staff will review the material and determine if the material is inappropriate and take the necessary steps.

Q: What happens if I have something flagged?

Q: Can I invite people to the site?

A: Yes. The more people you invite and become members the more points you earn.

Q: How to invite people to the side?

A: There is no limit to the amount of people you invite to the site. You will be given points for everyone you invite and become a member.

Q: What can I do when I click on the Facebook tab?

A: Members can click the Share on Facebook icon, located throughout ESMZone, to post on their Facebook wall and let their friends know.

Q: How do I win prizes?

A: At the end of each season the top three point winners in each Division will win a prize.

Q: Does everyone see my activity?

A: Shout outs are seen by the entire community.

Asking a question goes to the entire community or you can select a Fan to ask a private question

Send a Fan a message is private between you and the fan

Q: How do I search for a question?

A: Use the search tab on the top of the page as well as you the popular topics feature on the right side of the page.

Q: How do I request a Fan?

A: Click on the member's profile of who you want to become a fan of, and click the "Be a Fan" link on the right side of the page.

Q: How do I search for people on the site?

A: Click on the "People" tab at the top of the page and type in the person you are looking for. You may also browse the list of all members to search for the specific person

Q: How many people win prizes?

A: The top three point winners in each division will win a prize

Q: What are the prizes???????????????

A: Winners will have a choice of gift certificates from a set of online retailers.
